About Me
Hi, I’m Regina. I’m a retired college hooper turned fitness coach, a boy mom of two, and a woman who has learned a lot about what strength really means.
For 17 years, basketball was my identity. When I hung up my jersey, I went through a major shift. I had to learn how to grow, heal, and rebuild outside of being an athlete. Later, when I became a mom, that journey deepened even more. With my first baby, I rushed back to workouts too soon and felt completely disconnected from my body. I had no plan, no guidance, and no idea what my body truly needed.
With my second pregnancy, I promised myself I would do it differently. I slowed down, gave myself grace, and built a real plan that focused on strength and recovery. That choice changed everything. I felt stronger, more confident, and more at peace in my body than ever before.
Motherhood has been humbling, empowering, chaotic, and beautiful all at once. It is hands down the best chapter of my life, especially as our family continues to grow. Along the way, I discovered a passion for helping other women train, fuel, and feel powerful in their changing bodies.
Outside of fitness, I am a total foodie, I love to travel, and I love to cook!
I am not perfect. I still have goals I am working toward, and I have days when I feel off. But I know this: if you give yourself grace, train with purpose, and stay consistent, you will feel powerful in every season of life.
